MoonFish partners with Central Florida farms to provide our guests with fresh, local produce brought in on a daily basis. This practice has gained us a place in the Florida Department of Agriculture's "Fresh From Florida" program. We are proud of this relationship as we are the only restaurant group in Central Florida participating.

With steaks aged on the premises and a variety of the freshest, just-caught fish flown in daily from all over the world, we strive to ensure the best possible dining experience. Seafood and steaks are flame-grilled over our unique 1200° Florida citrus and oak wood-burning pit.
